Business & Personal Bookkeeping
Many business owners have one set of books for business and another set of books for personal. I can provide both types of bookkeeping services. Business owners want to see what their monthly spending is, be up to date on their investment accounts, track assets and distribution/payroll income.​​ A set of financials for the business and personal account will be provided each month or quarter, depending on the desired deadline.
Bookkeeping Clean-up
Do you need your books converted to QuickBooks from scratch, need your books reconciled for an entire year, or simply need to have your books reviewed or audited to ensure entries are posted correctly? If your finances are in disarray and unorganized, my decades of bookkeeper experience can assist in all these areas to get your accounting back on track.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Enter vendor invoices, process check-runs, and reconcile vendor statements as needed. Ensuring duplicate payments are not made, invoices are correct, and they are paid in a timely manner by their due date.
Creation of customer invoices, which can be entered in QuickBooks and sent to you to send to your client or sent directly to your client. Once payment is received, I can post the payment to the outstanding invoices and record the deposit. An AR report can also be provided on a recurring basis, depending on your needs.
Payroll
Paying your employees on time and correctly is a business essential in order to keep your employees happy and business running smoothly. In order to do that, you need your payroll bookkeeping efficient, streamlined, and organized. Should you need assistance with processing payroll, I can draw on my personal experience working with many reputable payroll companies and recommend the right fit for you and your company.
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Monthly I will reconcile all bank and credit card accounts to tie them to the statements. Upon reconciling the accounts, a reconciliation report will be provided, along with detailed notes pointing out uncleared deposits and/or checks.
I can set up bank feeds in QuickBooks, which give up-to-date balance of your accounts each day. A bank feed also saves on billable hours by avoiding the need for manual data entry of transactions.
QuickBooks Training
QuickBooks plays a crucial role in helping businesses streamline their financial processes. By providing in-depth knowledge of the software, I can guide business owners and their teams through the setup, customization, and daily use of QuickBooks, ensuring that it meets the specific needs of the organization. This includes training staff on how to input transactions, generate reports, and reconcile accounts, while also offering tips on how to leverage QuickBooks' features to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
